Frequently asked questions
- My screen is broken but still works. Can I keep using it?
- For a while yes, but not for too long. Cracks almost always get bigger, moisture and dust can get into the device, and glass splinters can damage your finger. The sooner you have the screen replaced, the smaller the chance of further damage.
- How much does repairing a broken screen cost?
- It varies by brand and model: Samsung screen repairs start from €29, iPhone from €39. In the table on this page you can see the current price for your device — including VAT and installation.
- Only the glass is cracked, the display still works. Is that cheaper?
- On modern phones the glass and display form one unit, so we always replace the complete screen. If the image and touch still work normally, the regular table price applies. If there are lines or marks in the image, an additional charge may apply.
- Does my insurance cover a broken screen?
- Sometimes yes: some home or device insurance policies cover drop damage, often with an excess. Check with your insurer — you always get a repair receipt from us that you can use for your claim.
