- How do I know if my MacBook battery is worn out?
- Hold Option and click the battery icon in the menu bar, or go to System Settings → Battery → Battery Health. Does it say 'Service Recommended' or is the maximum below 80%? Then replacement is advisable.
- How long does the replacement take?
- Usually the same day or within 1 working day, depending on the model and stock availability. You will be told exactly what to expect beforehand.
- Can I also send in my MacBook?
- Yes, via our mail-in service you can send your MacBook in insured. We will call or email you as soon as it arrives and send it back insured after the repair.
